How much does air shipping cost per kg?
Use the current estimate calculator for general goods, or request a quote for spare parts, laptops and phones. Final freight is based on verified shipment weight.
Which countries do you ship to and from?
We provide express air freight shipping to countries in Africa. Our portfolio includes Zambia and Malawi, with the UK being our current source of shipments. Collection points are in Lilongwe, Blantyre and Lusaka.
How long does customs clearance take?
In general, the entire clearance process takes about 2 to 3 days, assuming there are no delays or complications. After clearance, goods are ready to collect within 1–3 days.
How is the chargeable weight calculated?
Air freight is charged on whichever is greater: the actual weight or the volumetric weight of your parcel.
volumetric weight (kg) = (L × W × H in cm) ÷ 6000
For example, a light but bulky box measuring 60 × 50 × 40 cm has a volumetric weight of 20 kg, and that's what you'd pay on, even if it weighs less on the scale.

Yes. With our Shop & Ship service, you can shop UK online stores yourself using our Nottingham delivery address, or we can purchase items on your behalf for a 15% fee of your total cost.

Yes. We offer paid insurance cover for high-value goods, arranged on request when you book your shipment.
